AN EXPERIMENT IN FREE WRITING DESIGNED TO EXORCISE MY DEMONS

Today’s post is an experiment in free writing designed to exorcise my demons.

I’m not sure what demons I’ll exorcise, if any. That’s the point I suppose. Father Mirren may not approve, but at this point (in the immortal words of Rhett Butler) “Frankly my dear, I don’t give a damn!”

When you read this, know that I’m writing pretty much the first things that pop into my mind. The mind is a terrible thing to waste so I decided to share…how thoughtful of me!

As such, I really can’t be held liable if it does or doesn’t make any sense, but know that when I post it, you’ll be the seeing it right after it was created. We’re talking, LIVE AND IN LIVING COLOR FOLKS!  (except it will appear in black & white, but you get the picture!)

With no pre-planned topic, I suppose I could ramble on about anything or I could just say that I didn’t have anything prepared to blog about today.

I choose the former, but cop to the latter.

(I’M SUCH A SLACKER RIGHT NOW!)

My writing has been semi-productive (then again I suppose it always is, seeing I always feel I could be doing more). I am promoting THE GOD KILLERS and working on the sequel, THE CONCLAVE. I also have been finishing up a Steampunk short story and working on a novelette series. It recently came to my attention that a 2 volume anthology set featuring a Sword & Sorcery short story I wrote will be available as an ebook by Thursday, August 8, 2013. The paperback should hit sometime in mid August. I’m excited about it and encourage you to pick it up! I’ll be making official announcements later this week and on the day the paperback is available.

Well, I guess that’s about all I have in me right now. Sorry it wasn’t something thoroughly and utterly enlightening, but C’est La Vie!

Tune in next week when I’m certain to have something more focused and succint in topic and material.

Until then remember TBIYTC!!!
